Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Spares Coordinator to manage our parts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sending and receiving parts, fulfilling parts orders, keeping the parts department organized, and ensuring the correct parts are distributed to the appropriate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming parts shipments.
- Fulfill parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organization and inventory of the parts department.
- Ensure correct parts are allocated to the appropriate projects.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding parts orders.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the packaging machinery industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management software is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move parts as needed.
