Keymac UK expands (November 2022)
Bristol based Keymac Packaging Systems has collected the keys this month for its second production unit on the Burnett Business Park site in Keynsham. The additional space will provide room to build more machines to satisfy increasing UK and export customer demand for its range of sleeving and cartoning machinery.

Beverage can cartoning (May 2022)
Keymac USA has just completed the build of a servo driven intermittent motion cartoner for packing beverage cans. The machine is fitted with an infeed system to bring the cans in lanes to the mouth of the carton before the correct configuration is automatically loaded into the carton before being sealed with hot melt adhesive.

Keymac has seen an increase in demand for our range of Sleevers and Cartoners to pack fresh produce in plastic free packaging. We offer a sleeving solution using a K101 Sleever which inserts a cardboard tray containing loose produce into a cardboard sleeve. Helping to get Waffles to the market (November 2021)
Shipping out this week from Keymac USA in Charlotte, NC, is the first of four KCM2 Semi Automatic End Load Cartoners for U.S Waffle Company Inc based in Liberty, South Carolina. The machine has an extended 3m long product load area and pocketed infeed conveyor. The new frozen food processing facility was opened in Liberty in February 2021. Keymac is pleased to be supporting U.S Waffle Company Inc with its planned growth in breakfast products.

New K101SXL Sleever offers the best of both worlds
Keymac announces the launch of the K101SXL Sleever which offers a new level of flexibility for ready meal and produce sleeving. For small packs the K101SXL offers a packing speed of around 70 trays per minute whilst being able to sleeve larger trays at speeds up to 60 trays per minute. This allows producers to run single and family sized meals on the same lines if required.

Keymac UK receives order for 7 K101 Sleevers
Bristol based Keymac Packaging Systems has secured an order from a major UK ready meal producer for 7 K101 Sleevers. Once delivered later this year the customer will have Keymac Sleevers on 13 of their production lines. This new order is a huge commitment for our customer and demonstrates confidence in Keymac as a long term strategic partner for sleeving machinery.
